From Darkness to Light: A Solar Eclipse Sound Healing Journey – Session 1

April 8th marks the anticipated celestial event of the total solar eclipse. It is an invitation to pause and reflect on our place and purpose in the universe. This cosmic event is an opportunity that will serve as a catalyst for profound inner shifts, bringing us to a moment in space and time for us to release that which no longer serves our highest good, and to embrace the light of new beginnings and the light within you.

Participants will experience a magical sound healing journey using the restorative and purifying frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drum, Native American flute and voice.

This 75-minute guided sound healing session will bring cleansing and balancing to the energetic centers of the body to create more stillness, balance, and renewed vitality.

Each participant will be seated/reclined in a zero gravity chair during the session.

You are welcome to bring a blanket, pillow, and water to help make your experience feel more comfortable.
