Spring is a time for rebirth. It is a time to celebrate new beginnings. This is the perfect time to MANIFEST your deepest heart’s desires and create alignment with your Passions, your Path, and your Purpose. Throughout this sound journey, Carlos will play different instruments including crystal bowls, chimes, Native American Flute and drum. Sacred sounds, combined with heart-centered intentions will help you feel more ease, a deeper state of peace, and clarity to help you move forward into the Spring season feeling harmony with your body, mind & spirit.
Participants are encouraged to bring yoga mats, blankets, and pillows to create a comfortable experience during the meditation.
