Do you accept insurance?
Back In Motion, PLLC is currently in network with Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Aetna, & Harvard Pilgrim.
Back In Motion, PLLC is NOT in network with United Healthcare, Tufts, Cigna, Medicare, and Medicaid. If you are covered under any of these plans or ones that are not listed above, then you are responsible for covering the costs of the services I provide.
Please note that only Chiropractic Services are eligible to be covered by health insurance. Other services such as Sound Healing, Energy Healing, and Shamanic Healing sessions are NOT covered by health insurance and you are responsible for covering the costs of these services.
How much will my visit cost?
For patients that are covered under their health insurance, the out-of-pocket fees are determined by your insurance provider in the form of a copayment or coinsurance. It is recommended that you contact the member services department of your insurance plan to get clear on the details.
Do I need a referral?
A referral for Chiropractic services is NOT required. Some insurance companies may require a pre-authorization before your services can be covered. If you have questions, please contact your health insurance’s member services department.
How long is my first visit?
Your first visit will usually last 75 minutes. This will allow enough time to review your current and past medical history and create a thorough treatment plan to help you achieve your best results.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Dress comfortably by bringing or wearing loose fitting clothes such as shorts, sweatpants, and a t-shirt. In addition, it is helpful to bring any pertinent diagnostic tests such as lab reports and imaging studies you have had in the last six months. Lastly, you can help to streamline your first visit by bringing your completed paperwork that can be found on the Forms page.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Online booking is a convenient way to schedule appointments. Simply click on the Book Now button and follow the prompts. An email is automatically sent to your inbox once your appointment is confirmed and as a reminder 24 hours & 2 hours
Which service should I select?

How does a remote session work?
Once you book a remote session, you will receive your email confirmation that has your private link to a Zoom meeting which is how we will connect. Each remote session is recorded and transcribed for your convenience so you can view and review things from our session. For optimal experience, headphones are strongly recommended.
